Task Urge provides or is developing AI-powered front-office tools for home service businesses. Depending on client configuration and service plan, features may include:

Task Urge is not an emergency-response service.
The AI receptionist is not a substitute for 911, fire departments, police, emergency medical services, gas utilities, or other emergency providers. Users facing immediate danger, active gas leaks, fire, medical emergencies, or other urgent safety situations should contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
Task Urge does not provide HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
The AI receptionist does not diagnose equipment, recommend repairs, or guarantee service outcomes. Business clients remain responsible for evaluating customer requests and determining appropriate next steps.

If you provide contact information to Task Urge, you may receive transactional communications related to your inquiry, demo request, account, or service use.
Where SMS messaging applies, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance, where applicable.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing unrelated goods or services where prohibited by law.
You may not use the website or services to engage in or support:
AI systems may misunderstand speech, omit information, make classification errors, or produce inaccurate outputs. Business clients should review important information before relying on it for dispatch, customer response, or operational decisions.
Task Urge does not guarantee that every call will be answered, transcribed, categorized, delivered, or stored without interruption or error.
Task Urge may depend on third-party services such as Twilio for telecommunications and messaging; Vapi and AI model providers for voice and AI-enabled capabilities; Vercel, GitHub, and cloud providers for hosting and software operations; Google and Meta tools for analytics or advertising measurement; and automation, calendar, email, payment, security, and support providers.
Task Urge is not responsible for outages, interruptions, or changes caused by third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.
Task Urge Pro is currently offered at $397 per month. Any setup fees, usage costs, additional service pricing, payment terms, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or described in the applicable proposal, order form, or service agreement. Prices may change for future purchases or renewals as permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
The Task Urge name, website, designs, prompts, workflows, software, and documentation are owned by Task Urge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Clients retain ownership of their business data, subject to the rights needed for Task Urge to provide, operate, secure, and improve the services.
Each party should protect confidential business information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship, except as otherwise permitted by law or agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, the Task Urge website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Task Urge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the website or services, even if Task Urge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Task Urge and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your unlawful use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to obtain required consent, provide required notices, or comply with applicable laws.
Task Urge may suspend or terminate access to the website or services for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, unlawful activity, security risks, misuse, or other conduct that may harm Task Urge, clients, or users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
